Between
the Fall of 1983 and June 1999, The Doors Quarterly treated Doors
fans worldwide to 37 issues of their favourite magazine.
Starting from only a handful of black and white xeroxed pages,
the unique publication progressed to a several dozen pages
strong tour de force with colour covers and pages. Not forgetting
the supplemental posters, stickers and other great free stuff.
The
idea now is to resurrect each and every single one of them... 15
years after its demise but not forgotten by the once
members and readers, and hopefully picked up by the next
generations of Doors fans...
We do welcome back The Doors Quarterly Magazine in all its glory,
yet as a different, new medium;
after all the world isn't what it used to be 15 years ago.
Please
find the digital magazines on this page, follow the link to every
issue's individual page
where you will find newly written liner notes by Rainer
Moddemann. And of course: the downloads!
Depending
on your computer's safety settings (antivirus, firewall, etc.)
the download may generate a standard warning,
that is because the magazine is a flipbook in the .EXE file
format. We guarantee that the file is absolutely harmless
and perfectly safe.
As an alternative for those of you who would rather not decide to
download, there is the option of reading the magazines online.
